Embedded between 19 Street Michel (3rd) County and the back of the garden Anne Franck, accessed by the stalemate Bertaud (3rd), lies the beautiful Hotel of Beaubrun. Almost strict sober appearance, this former mansion of the 17th and 18th centuries was the subject of a very important restoration which was completed a few months ago to house the seat of a real estate development company, Emerige, run by owner Laurent Dumas that some recall that he purchased the famous CFOC (the French company of the East and the West).
The renovation that lasted a year is interesting because it integrates contemporary respecting the architecture of the place, the project management was provided by a Chief Architect of Historic Monuments for outdoor parties. Interior designer François Schmidt was given the internal parts so that they can accommodate works of contemporary art. Emerige indeed encourages, through operations of patronage, art and current artists.
