Museum Jean-Baptiste-Bargoin Clermont-Ferrand near the rectory garden Henri-Lecoq and the Museum of Natural History.
The creation of the museum originates from a legacy of Jean-Baptiste Bargoin to the city of Clermont-Ferrand. Thought in the nineteenth century to be a Museum of Fine Arts, it houses also, since its opening in 1903, many local archaeological discoveries.
