The Museum is housed in the former Bishop's Palace. In the basement excavation yielded the remains of a House from the beginning of the 2nd century and the Gallo-Roman wall from the 3rd century. The 14 th century Gothic Hall presents medieval sculptures. On the ground floor are exposed the Gallo-Roman collections: jewellery, glass and bronze. In the basement: staging of a collection of 300 ex-votos found in a small shrine in the forest of Halatte. These small statuettes of emmaillotes babies, breasts of women, male gender etc. were offered in Thanksgiving for a cure.

The first floor exposes paintings ranging from the 17th century (Philippe de Champaigne) in the 20th century (the "20th century naive' with Séraphine Louis).
