In the old Amboise town hall (16th c.) is installed this beautiful museum, witness to the history of the royal city. You can admire:
- The Aubusson tapestries provernant Castle Chanteloup, which belonged to the Duke of Choiseul in 1830 destroyed the castle of Chanteloup Map and portraits of the Duke.
- A room devoted to Leonardo da Vinci with a composition of Ménageot, "the death of Leonardo da Vinci." Collection of small masters of the nineteenth century.
