Free Admission
"Draw me your dreams" asked Annie Beaumel, responsible for the windows of Hermes, to Leïla Menchari as she presented at 24, Faubourg Saint-Honoré. We are in 1961, she finished the Beaux-Arts of Paris after having studied the plastic arts in Tunis, her native city. This is how Leïla Menchari makes her debut at Hermes. From 1978 to 2013, she imagined, designed and realized the Parisian saddler's window decors while she headed the Silk Colors Committee.
On a course of eight scenes staged by Nathalie Crinière, the visitor discovers or rediscovers the extraordinary and generous universes of Leïla Menchari.

The exhibition is over since the 03/12/2017
