Major artist in the history of modern sculpture, Constantin Brancusi, born in 1876 in Romania, lived in Paris from 1904 to 1957, created the majority of his work in the workshops he held in the 15th arrondissement. In his will, he bequeathed to the French state all of his studio, rebuilt exactly on the square of the Centre Pompidou in 1997 You can see a unique collection consists of 137 sculptures, 87 bases, 41 drawings, two paintings and over 1,600 photographic glass plates and all original prints from the hand of the artist.
