The Lille Natural History Museum is a museum of French natural history located rue de Bruxelles, in the historic university district of Lille.

It presents zoological and geological collections and ethnographic specimens and industrial objects.
Founded in 1816 by the Society of Science, agriculture and the arts of Lille, the initial fund is transferred to the city in 1855 to be used for teaching in the creation of the Faculty of Lille, rue des Arts .

The museum houses four main collections:
- The collection of zoology, which includes 110,000 samples.
- The collection of geology which comprises 200,000 samples.
- Science and technology collection (former industrial, commercial and Colonial Museum), which includes 60,000 samples and 40,000 books.
- The collection of non-European ethnography which includes 15,000 samples.
