The museum site Cimiez is a museum devoted to ancient history, located in Nice. With the museum Terra Amata site, it is the archeology museum in Nice.

Established in 1960, it originally occupied the ground floor of the museum today Matisse. In 1989, he was transferred to a building look implanted at the same site the remains of the ancient Roman city of Cemenelum ultra modern. It has archaeological evidence of the ancient history of Nice and antique collections from other sites. The museum also hosts temporary exhibitions.
