Rouen ceramics Museum is a museum established in 1864. Installed in the superb hotel Hocqueville (17th - 18th century), the Museum, presenting the most important centres faïence (Delft, Nevers), is centered on the splendors of the Rouen production: Masseot Abaquesne tiles (16th century), blue camaieu of Poterat, polychrome decorations and sparkling Chinoiserie of the rock era, great services of pageantry and spectacular sculptures of earthenware. The collection opens on 19th-century and contemporary art ceramics-related exhibitions are regularly organized.
