Founded in 1790, la Faïencerie of Sarreguemines has been the history of this city for more than four generations. Works of art worthy of the greatest centres faïence from the 19th century, in the representative utility ceramics parts of the evolution of tastes and the company, the Faience Museum exhibits a century and a half of objects made by one of the largest European manufactures.

The jewel of this collection is the winter garden designed by Paul de Geiger, Director, and built in 1882 in a lavish deployment of architectural ceramics.
