The Museum invites you to discover the world of eyewear manufacturers Schürmann, who since the end of the 18th century developed mechanical and optical know-how unique. Even today, half of the metal frames manufactured in France comes from this valley of the Haut-Jura. The Museum also houses the Essilor-Pierre Marly, one of the finest collection in the world, composed of some 2500 pieces from all eras and walks of life.
