Hospice Comtesse (also called hospice Notre-Dame) is a former hospital whose main building dates from the seventeenth century. Its construction was decided by Jeanne, Countess of Flanders in 1236. Rue de la Monnaie in Old Lille, it houses a museum.

The museum offers visitors an architectural journey, environmental, political and social Lille thirteenth century to the eighteenth century.

On the ground floor of the building of the community, the visitor enters the intimacy of a Flemish house siècles.A seventeenth and eighteenth floor, the visitor slips into the dormitory where he can admire religious Collections applied illustrating Lille life of the Old Regime to the French Revolution arts.
