Managed by the Association history and heritage, Saint-Étienne Museum traces the history of the city of Saint-Étienne. It is housed in a 17th-century mansion (listed historical monument), which houses beautiful and exceptional ceilings to fern (local architectural peculiarity).

Discover the memory of Saint-Étienne, through tables of old neighbourhoods, photographs, lapidary remains, models of Saint-Etienne in 1445, 1773, not to mention one of the jewels of the collections: a ticket of railway of 1834, one of the oldest in the world!
