The Museum of Fine Arts is located in Gaillac Castle Foucaud. The municipality has refurbished in 1994 offering two floors of permanent exhibitions and spaces devoted to temporary exhibitions.

It includes a collection of the painter Firmin Salabert (1811-1895), a pupil of Ingres, who gave the city its tables. Mayor Gaillac seeking a place to expose and after long negotiations, the purchase of the castle is made Foucaud in 1903. Other local artists are also visible, as Loubat Henry (1855-1926), Charles Escot (1834 -1902), father Raymond Tournon (1870-1919) and son (1901-1975). The sculptor Jules Pendariès (1863-1933) exposed recently.
