The Museum of Fine Arts in Rouen is a leading regional museums of France. It is located in the heart of the city, opposite the square Verdrel in a building with a complete renovation was completed in 1994. Its permanent collections are sixty rooms, the seventeenth and nineteenth century being particularly well represented.

The museum houses a collection of paintings, sculptures, drawings and objets d'art from the fifteenth century to the present, including a rare collection of Russian icons from the sixteenth to the early nineteenth century. Among its treasures, including the museum has an exceptional collection of paintings from the donation Depeaux 1909, which puts it at the forefront of French provincial museums to Impressionism. The firm designs, meanwhile, holds more than 8,000 pieces from the Renaissance to the twentieth century.
