The National Museum of paratroopers, located in Pau Lons and, in France, was officially established in 1984 and is dedicated to the French airborne troops, from creation to the present day.

In 1964, created the great hall of the School of Airborne Troops. In 1984, it officially changed its name to the museum in 1984. The museum then gradually enlarges including a long period of work between 1994 and 1997.
