Gustave Moreau museum is a national museum located 14, rue de la Rochefoucauld in Paris, in the former studio of Symbolist painter Gustave Moreau, bequeathed by the artist to the French State in 1897 What is kept and presented his work.

It was in the mansion at 14 rue de La Rochefoucauld the master of Gustave Moreau, François-Édouard Picot, had his studio. Parents of Gustave Moreau, bought it on behalf of their son, in 1852 the hotel was enlarged in 1896 and raised a floor. This is where Gustave Moreau lived and worked until his death.
