Located at the foot of the old town of Menton, opposite the covered market and the sea, the Jean Cocteau Museum Severin Wunderman collection opened its doors in 2011. It has over 2700 m² the poet's work in all its facets, 1910s to the 1950s and offers visitors the exhibition spaces of collections and temporary exhibitions.

The museum continues Bastion whose layout was designed by Jean Cocteau between 1958 and 1963. It presents the famous Innamorati drawings, studies for the decorations of the wedding hall, and pottery made in the Madeline-Jolly workshop.
