Doullens | Arts décoratifs - Beaux-Arts - Histoire
François Lombart was an industrial chocolate maker and lover of art from the end of the 19th century. He built this museum to present its collections and, when the work was completed in 1908, he decided to donate the Museum in the town of Doullens in tribute to his parents Doullennais.

The collections consist of works of different origins and periods:
-French school of the 18th to 20th centuries, such as those of the painters Corot, Chardin, Daubigny, Troyon, Bonnat, Noël Saunier, Joseph Bail and his brother Franck Bail.
-Flemish school with tips, Boudewyn, Van Kessel, Van Utrecht works...
-Local artists: works by Lucien Andrieu, Horace Chisulo, Félix Niaut...
-Prints and prints: lithographs by the famous illustrator of Montmartre, Francisque Poulbot and prints by Antoine and André Basset recorders. Prints and Japanese Foujita as well as engravings of ceramics from the far East
