The Saint-John Perse Museum is a municipal museum located in the historic district of Pointe-à-Pitre, Guadeloupe. It houses a permanent exhibition on the Creole costumes and the life of Saint-John Perse.

Built in 1880, the building presents a structure in metal and brick. Originally home of the Director of the Darboussier sugar factory, he was abandoned in the 1970s when the Mayor of Pointe-à-Pitre buys to the Musée Saint-John Perse. It was inaugurated in 1987, on the occasion of the centenary of the birth of the poet-diplomat.
