The Museum deals with the period from prehistory to the Renaissance (c. 1530); In addition to the collections of archaeology regional (prehistoric, Gaulish, Gallo-Roman, Merovingian and medieval periods), add those of Classical Archaeology (Greece, Etruria) and a magnificent set of weapons old equipment and uniforms, ranging from the 16th to the 19th century. The distribution of the collections between the rooms follows a thematic and chronological ordering.
