The Museum of Natural History of Autun (or Jacques Museum Attic since 2007, named after its first curator), installed in 1964 in a mansion in the Rue Saint Antoine, is a museum dedicated to mineralogy, zoology, paleontology and botany.

The geological collection represents 100,000 samples from largely Mining Autun-Morvan, mines fluorite, barite mines Mainr (Reclesne) of Voltennes (Little canopy), lead from the mine Argentolle (Saint-Prix) and various uranium minerals that Autunite described by Joseph Francois de Champeaux in 1797 near Saint-Symphorien-de-Marmagne. As well as samples from the region Grury.
